3/4 C. cocoa powder (I use Dutched cocoa from Sprouts, but you can use whatever. Hershey's makes a special dark cocoa that would be good. Don't use regular Hershey's cause it won't be chocolatey enough.)1 1/2 C. dry powdered milk (usually in baking section)1 c. powdered sugar1/4 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
Or if you would want just hot chocolate, mix a 1/4 cup of this mixture with hot milk!
